Our Water Resources

thompson_pond_bogThe CCEDC Environment Program works to provide landowners and municipal officials with the resources they need  to protect our county’s rich water resources. We offer materials, workshops, and demonstration projects on topics that help prevent pollution of local lakes, rivers, streams and drinking water supplies, and we help facilitate stream cleanups, tree plantings and awareness events. We also work to provide technical resources and support to local volunteer watershed organizations.
