Collin Adkinsis an Environment & Energy Resource Educator and serves as a Community Energy Advisor on NYSERDA’s Community Energy Engagement Program. In this role, he provides locally-based energy awareness and education for residents, small businesses, and multifamily building owners, with a focus on low-to-moderate-income households and communities in the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Collin comes to Cornell Cooperative Extension Dutchess County with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy from the Bard Center for Environmental Policy where he received the Aldo Leopold Award for his outstanding commitment to community service, a principle that was deeply instilled through two terms in the AmeriCorps.

Outside of the office, Collin is a nature and outdoor enthusiast, board game geek, craft food-and-beverage aficionado, and dog-parent.
