NYS RISE

CCE Dutchess has expanded on its flood resiliency work by teaming-up with New York State Resiliency Institute for Storms and Emergencies (NYS RISE), a consortium of academic and research institutions whose mission is to improve the coordination among multiple sources of information and expertise, and speed the translation from research to application to improve the built environment and prepare stakeholders for extreme weather events. Project partners include: Cornell University and Extension, NYU Polytechnic, Stony Brook University, Columbia University, City University of New York, and Brookhaven National Laboratory.
